What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair is hair that has never been processed.  Hair can be dyed or colored into your favorite styles. Just keep in mind that over-manipulation will decrease the longevity of the hair.

How long does Trill Tresses last?

Tresses can last for several months to a year with proper care.

Does Trill Tresses tangle or shed?

Tresses are tangle free with minimum shedding.  Some Trill Tresses clients choose to seal their wefts for added durability.

Why are grey hairs in my bundle?

All Trill Tresses hair is virgin and unprocessed.  Tresses will contain a few grey strands, which is perfectly normal.

How long will it take to receive my Trill Tresses?

All payments are secured through PayPal. Once we receive payment, orders will be processed and delivered within 10 to 12 business days.

What is Trill Tresses return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Trill Tresses will gladly exchange products. In order to complete the exchange process, notify Trill Tresses no later than 24 hours after receiving your product. Products must be unopened and in original Trill Tresses packaging.
